Job Summary
Drive sales and build brand loyalty by executing daily operations, managing the sales floor, and delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers. Partner with the Store Manager to achieve productivity goals in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses while coaching a high-performing team of up to 25 Stylists. Lead by example through clear communication, continuous improvement initiatives, and rigorous adherence to Windsor policies and visual guidelines. Organize store activities with meticulous detail, resolve customer and associate issues immediately, and maintain a neat, compliant environment. Maintain a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts to oversee store functions.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
