Job Summary
Drive sales and build brand loyalty as the "Host of the Party" by delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer. Organize store operations with meticulous detail to execute daily tasks, maintain visual merchandising compliance, and ensure a neat, tidy environment. Partner with the Store Manager to coach, train, and motivate a team of up to 25 Stylists while resolving customer and associate issues in real time. Support talent acquisition through networking and onboarding, ensuring retention goals are met. Follow all Windsor policies and foster a culture of respect, ownership, and continuous improvement. Requires flexible hours including opening and closing, with physical demands involving standing, walking, and handling merchandise up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
