Job Summary
Drive sales and ensure store success by managing the sales-directing team and building brand loyalty as the "Host of the Party." Coach and motivate a high-performing team of up to 25 Stylists while supervising daily operations, training, and on-floor execution to maintain the Oasis experience. Partner with the Store Manager to achieve productivity goals in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while upholding visual guidelines and company policies. Resolve customer and associate issues quickly and foster a culture of respect, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- welcome feedback and are ready to improve always
