Job Summary
Drive store sales and shrink while managing payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager. Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 Stylists through training, recognition, and feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Own the sales floor, execute daily operations, and maintain visual guidelines compliance. Build brand loyalty by delivering an omni-channel experience and organize detailed plans to maximize efficiency. Support talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure retention goals. Work varied hours including opening and closing the store.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
