Job Summary
Drive sales and build brand loyalty by executing daily operations, managing the sales floor, and providing an omni-channel experience to every customer. Partner with the Store Manager to achieve productivity goals in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses while supervising and coaching a team of up to 25 Stylists. Own store integrity by maintaining visual guidelines, resolving customer issues, and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Organize detailed planning to ensure the store runs smoothly, adhering to all Windsor policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- Must be able to: operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- Must be able to: climb ladders
- Must be able to: move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
