Job Summary
Drive sales and build brand loyalty by executing daily operations on the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with Visual Guidelines. Partner with the Store Manager to supervise up to 25 Stylists, conduct training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and recognition. Own the store's productivity by addressing shrink, payroll, and expenses while maintaining a neat environment and resolving customer issues. Work varied hours including opening and closing shifts to oversee store performance and uphold Windsor values.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
- count, communicate, read and write in English
- access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
- operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- climb ladders
- move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds)
- work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
