Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, lead store operations and staff in partnership with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and supervise a team of up to 25 Stylists. Responsibilities include coaching and developing talent, onboarding, planning and executing daily operations, maintaining Windsor Visual Guidelines, merchandising, and delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers while upholding Windsor values and a culture of respect and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes talent recruitment, training, and effective communication in both group and one-on-one settings, with a flexible schedule including opening and closing the store.
