Job Summary
Drive sales and ensure overall store success by acting as a sales-directing team member and hosting the party to build brand loyalty. Organize daily operations with meticulous detail to own the sales floor and execute the Windsor Merchandising Directive while maintaining a neat, clean environment. Partner with the Store Manager to coach and motivate a team of up to 25 Stylists, conducting training, resolving customer issues, and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Support talent acquisition through networking and exceptional onboarding experiences. Maintain integrity by following all policies and procedures while promoting Windsor values across the store.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
- welcome feedback and are ready to improve always
