Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in operations and lead TEAM Members to deliver the Dandy experience with strong customer service. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other functions. Prepare to cover Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Requires leadership, ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Outlook; prior retail experience is preferred. Located in Sayre, PA; full-time position with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience
- Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities
