Job Summary

Manage financial and operational functions of the property by collecting rent and fees, processing invoices, completing bank deposits, and reconciling accounts using Resman software. Prepare month-end reports, variance statements, and financial audits while ensuring all transactions align with community KPIs. Execute eviction proceedings, coordinate maintenance tasks, and oversee resident move-ins and move-outs to enforce lease terms and maximize revenue. Act as on-site supervisor by delegating daily work, resolving resident complaints, and managing vendor approvals to ensure compliance with company policies.
