Job Summary

Manage financial and operational functions of the property by collecting rent, processing invoices, preparing bank deposits, and reconciling accounts using Resman software. Execute daily transactions including resident file reviews, delinquency collections, and lease enforcement to maximize revenue. Coordinate maintenance tasks, manage vendor invoices, and oversee eviction proceedings while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Act as on-site supervisor by organizing daily work, delegating tasks, and facilitating resident move-outs and lease signings. Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and responding to owner requests. Assist the Community Manager in preparing budgets, variance reports, and financial statements while aligning team actions with community KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions about the property's operations
