Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Perform inventory control, operate point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders while building visual displays and analyzing reporting to drive sales results. Train and develop non-management staff, demonstrate product knowledge, and protect store assets to exemplify brand culture. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role. Starting rate is $23.00 per hour.
