Job Summary
Assistant Manager West Toledo supports the Store Manager to ensure compliant, efficient operations and drives sales and asset protection. Leads customer service efforts, oversees staff performance, enforces company policies, maintains merchandising standards and plan-o-gram integrity, and ensures timely reporting and training completion. Focus areas include staff development, supervision, merchandising execution, inventory accuracy, and safety/incident response, while delivering a positive customer experience and achieving store goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other relevant Company required training programs and required certifications
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
