Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily operations at Marco's Pizza West Point location to deliver a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product. Manage a team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure health and safety procedures, handle customer complaints with a positive attitude, and drive incident-free service. Responsibilities include hiring/training new team members, inventory management, optimizing scheduling, using restaurant equipment and technology, and upholding Marco's cultural beliefs while fostering a positive customer experience and team success.
Required Qualifications
