Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Community Manager in all community operations with emphasis on accounts payable, leasing support, and vendor coordination. You’ll lead and mentor team members, supervise vendors to ensure professional service, maintain occupancy, manage budgets and financial reporting, handle rent and delinquency management, and uphold RedPeak service standards while delivering exceptional resident experiences. Requires leadership ability, strong communication, 2+ years of property management experience (on-site), a Bachelor’s and a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm; office located in Arvada, CO. Pay range is $25–$28/hour plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of property management experience, including on-site experience
- Experience in supervisory roles with 200+ unit communities
- Experience in writing and maintaining budgets
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager property management software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
