Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations including retail, production, sanitation, and delivery functions while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support to drive sales performance and profitability. Manage labor, product costs, waste, and controllable expenses by monitoring staffing levels, executing production schedules, and enforcing inventory controls. Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe environment through assigned cleaning tasks and equipment sanitization. Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–3 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
