  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels
  • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
  • Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines
  • College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
