Job Summary
Lead a multi-talented team at Wendy’s to manage daily operations, staffing, training and scheduling; coach and develop team members; serve as the face of the restaurant to new hires; ensure food safety and high-quality customer service; collaborate with the General Manager to drive store sales and profit; support a fun, inviting work environment and uphold Wendy’s standards; travel to other locations as needed; ensure shifts run smoothly and that the team delivers excellent service and results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of years of experience leading people (foodservice preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Wears a headset and uses restaurant equipment (grills, registers, computers)
