Job Summary
Assistant Manager position at Papa John’s with WE TRAIN program, supporting restaurant operations near UVA. Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, preparing inventory orders, setting up cash tills and cashier tasks, making pizzas and other products, providing customer service, hiring and training employee associates, delivering orders when necessary, managing production and directing staff, and growing sales. Ideal candidates are honest, energetic, punctual, and eager to lead others; promotion based on performance with opportunities to become an Owner/Operator through our General Managers pathway. Requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, and availability for 43-45 hours per week including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
