Job Summary
Conduct daily operational coverage of a Taco Bell unit, including opening and closing, restocking inventory, and managing shift staffing. Greet customers, process payments, and oversee food preparation and packaging while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. Perform daily food safety audits, monitor speed of service, and analyze sales and labor data to achieve margin targets. Provide hands-on coaching to team members, assist with hiring and onboarding, and ensure compliance with workplace regulations. Manage cash procedures, including bank deposits and safe audits, while reporting serious issues to leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
- high school education or equivalent
- valid driver's license to travel between units
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- experience managing a restaurant with a full bar
- successfully managed each department, Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH for a minimum of three periods each
- highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
- strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- professional written and verbal communication skills
- ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike
- Skilled with basic mathematical computations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
- Maintain confidential information
- adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues
Desired Qualifications
- experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred
