Assistant Manager- Volume Reporting

Job Summary
Review and validate distributor volume reports by performing checks against predefined control points for missing Product IDs, Chain IDs, DCs, and inactive records. Identify data-related discrepancies and coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect information. Ensure all work tasks adhere to SLAs and OLAs while maintaining accuracy across PepsiCo systems. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams to resolve issues and support SOX compliance. This role serves as a critical control point between distributors and internal systems, enabling reliable data flow for the Pepsio Beverages North America business team.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales
- Good data skills and ability work through large data sets
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
- Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
- Good time management skills
- Proactive, responsive and results driven
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required
