Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way, supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor, and coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coaching associates to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Remove obstacles and resolve issues in partnership with the GM to maintain a simple, human, and bold experience for all visitors. Execute broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals, providing team members with coaching and development to support their respective roles with excellence.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
