Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and supervising operations. Promote profitability and sales goals by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Engage in all steps of the patient/customer journey, including directing associates in the exam lane and sales floor. Support the GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence while using sound judgment to resolve obstacles in the customer experience. Execute broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
