Job Summary
Visionworks Retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager leads store operations in the absence of the General Manager, models the Visionworks way, and coaches the team to ensure a smooth patient and customer journey. Focus areas include coaching associates, driving daily/weekly/monthly targets, coordinating doctor appointments and eyewear services, and ensuring a profitable store with excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising in the sales floor and exam lane, removing obstacles in the patient experience, executing operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals, and contributing to staff development and accountability to deliver consistent service and sales results.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience required
