Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way, supervising the exam lane and sales floor, and coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services. Promote profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coaching associates to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Remove obstacles and resolve issues in partnership with the General Manager to support store financial goals and achieve a simple, human, and bold experience for every visitor.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
