Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor. Promote profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support the GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services to ensure all patient needs are met. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence, using sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues in the customer journey. Execute broad operational activities to achieve financial and customer experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
