Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor. Promote profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coaching staff to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Support the GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments, scheduled eyewear services, and resolving obstacles to meet financial and experience goals. Execute broad operational activities to drive store success.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
