Job Summary
Lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support the General Manager in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services while ensuring all patient and customer needs are met. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence, using sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues within the patient journey. Execute broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals. This role requires 1-5 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.
