Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor, coordinating doctor appointments, and confirming scheduled eyewear services. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence while using sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues within the patient and customer journey. Execute broad operational activities to ensure a simple, human, and bold experience for all visitors.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
