Assistant Manager

Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way, supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor, and coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coaching staff to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Use sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues in partnership with the General Manager to meet financial and customer experience goals. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.58 to $25.94, includes vision coverage, paid parental leave, and milestone anniversary awards, and requires 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
