Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor, coordinating doctor appointments, and confirming scheduled eyewear services. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coaching staff to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Use sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues in partnership with the General Manager to meet financial and customer experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
