Job Summary
Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager needed to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager, supervise the floor, coach associates, coordinate doctor appointments, drive sales targets, and ensure a seamless patient/customer journey. Responsibilities include promoting store profitability, coaching teams, coordinating exams and eyewear services, managing traffic, and executing broad operational activities to meet financial and customer-experience goals. Requires HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-5 years of supervisory experience. Pay is hourly, with a full-time schedule and benefits. Location: Rocky Point, NY (in-person).
