Job Summary
Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor, coordinating doctor appointments, and confirming scheduled eyewear services. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence, ensuring a flawless patient and customer journey through sound judgment and obstacle removal. Support the GM in achieving financial goals while modeling the Visionworks way and addressing all customer needs. This role requires a charismatic leader with 1-5 years of supervisory experience to drive a simple, human, and bold experience for every visitor.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of supervisory experience
