Assistant Manager

Supervise the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and providing associate coaching to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support the GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services while removing obstacles to resolve issues in the patient experience. Execute all broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals.
