Assistant Manager

Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way, supervising exam lanes, and redirecting associates to ensure a flawless patient and customer journey. Promote store profitability by holding self and team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while coordinating doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence, use sound judgment to resolve obstacles in the customer experience, and support the General Manager in achieving financial goals. Execute broad operational activities to meet store objectives, ensuring all patient and customer needs are met through floor leadership and accountability.
