Assistant Manager

Lead the store in the absence of the General Manager by modeling the Visionworks way and supervising associates in the exam lane and sales floor. Promote store profitability by holding self and the team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support the GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating doctor appointments, scheduled eyewear services, and ensuring all patient needs are met. Coach and motivate associates to perform with excellence, using sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues in the patient journey. Execute all broad operational activities to meet financial and customer experience goals while fostering an inclusive environment.
