Job Summary
Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager leads store operations in the absence of the General Manager, coaches and develops the associate team, drives store profitability, and ensures a seamless patient/customer experience from appointment scheduling through eyewear service. Responsibilities include achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, supervising exam lane and sales floor, coordinating doctor appointments, removing obstacles in the patient journey, and executing broad operational activities to meet store goals. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-5 years of supervisory experience. Compensation is hourly with pay range $16.28-$21.58 per hour, plus benefits and potential bonuses/equity/commissions.
