Job Summary
Oversees the restaurant’s financial, operational, and development goals; mentors and develops hourly and management teams; ensures guest satisfaction, adherence to standards, and implements training for FOH/BOH; manages staffing plans and scheduling; conducts FOH interviews; coordinates events with Sales Director and drives community engagement; facilitates rollout of new menu items and seasonal menus; forecasts sales and labor; ensures health codes and HACCP standards are met; drives sales growth and brand values while representing Villagio Hospitality Group.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2-4 Years experience in high volume restaurants experience required
- Preferred certification include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
- Knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards, and all procedures and protocols to comply with HACCP standards
