Job Summary
Analyst – Plant & Machinery Valuation supporting valuation assignments for industrial assets, including machinery, equipment, and infrastructure across sectors such as manufacturing, power, infrastructure, oil & gas, and logistics. Responsibilities include technical analysis, cost estimation, depreciation assessment, and report preparation in line with IVS / RICS / local guidelines; perform physical inspections; apply valuation approaches (Cost, Depreciated Replacement Cost, Market Approach); gather benchmark data and liaise with engineers/management for inputs; prepare comprehensive valuation reports and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements; eligible for an entry-level role based in Gurugram with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Exposure to industrial asset valuation and machinery assessment
- Ability to carry out inspections, valuation analysis, and reporting
- Capable of handling assignments independently
