Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with an immediate opening. Responsibilities include supervising and developing store staff, interviewing and hiring, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance and team metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and reliable transportation; starting pay is $18/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a 5-week manager-training course.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
