Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with 5-week manager-training course; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing staff; maintaining positive environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet their metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control labor, inventory and maintenance expenses; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean and stocked; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues. Requires 18+ with supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend, lift 25 lbs, and high school diploma or equivalent.
