Job Summary
Assistant Manager position at Palm Beach Tan with immediate openings. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and delivering exceptional customer service. Includes a 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement; starting pay is $14 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
