Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with an immediate opening. Responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement; compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be physically able to stand, bend, walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds; reliable transportation is required.
