Job Summary
Assistant Manager with 1 year of supervisory experience responsible for interviewing/hiring, developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operational/legal compliance, controlling labor/inventory/maintenance costs, assigning daily tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving issues. Starting pay is $14/hour plus commission/bonus; includes benefits such as dental, health, vision, PTO, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
