Job Summary
Assistant Manager needed to supervise store staff, interview, hire, and develop employees; create a positive environment for staff and customers; meet performance metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; starting pay $14.00 per hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
