Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with urgent hiring. Responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, adhering to banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires completing a 5-week manager-training course and at least 18 years old with 1 year of supervisory experience; high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
