Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- 18 years of age
