Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting and developing performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
