Job Summary
Assistant Manager position with urgent vacancy at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; maintaining a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance and development metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation. Training includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; opportunities for advancement.
