Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store staff, interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
